International Visitors
Washington State University as a host of this conference will issue a letter of invitation for those international scientists who need a letter for a visa. Please request the letter from Joy Thompson via an e-mail at joythompson@wsu.edu. Please include your name, organization that you will be representing, mailing address, phone, e-mail, and whether you will need an electronic or mailed copy of the letter of invitation.
All requests for letters of invitation must be approved by the conference organizers
