Somewhat fitting the conference theme, the name Walla Walla is of Indian origin and means "many waters". Getting There

Horizon Airlines offers non-stop service from Seattle to Walla Walla's municipal airport (ALW) located a short distance from downtown and the hotel. Walla Walla is less than an hour's drive from Pendleton, Oregon or Richland, Washington and a pleasant two hour drive from Lewiston, Idaho. The drive time from Spokane, Washington is approximately three hours.

Driving Instructions

From Pendleton, OR area: Follow OR-11 to WA-125 North. As you enter into Walla Walla, WA-125 will become 9th Ave. At the intersection of 9th Ave. and West Rose St., take a right onto West Rose and follow to 2nd Avenue. The hotel is at the corner of West Rose Street and 2nd Avenue.

From the Tri-Cities, WA area: Take I-182 East to US-12 East which will bring you into Walla Walla. Take the 2nd Ave. exit. Turn right off the ramp onto 2nd Ave. and proceed about 0.5 miles. The hotel will be on your right at the corner of 2nd Avenue and West Rose Street.
