About the conference
Come celebrate our 50th Anniversary at this year’s Idaho Asphalt Conference.
This conference is held in October every year in Moscow, Idaho under the auspice of the University
of Idaho, the Idaho Transportation Department and the Asphalt Institute. It addresses issues related
to asphalt pavements that are of concern to local and state governments as well as consulting
engineering firms. Attendees, including contractors and material suppliers, have found this conference
to be an excellent forum to address design, construction and management issues of asphalt pavements.
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the conference, this year’s revised schedule expands the conference
to 1.5 days and offers attendees the ability to interact and network with suppliers as well as join a
celebratory banquet recognizing 50 years of asphalt education in Idaho and the northewest. The organizing committee
works hard to bring speakers to cover a wide range of topics from practical applications to state-of-the-art
developments in asphalt pavement technologies.
Attendees can get a "free" certificate of attendance, upon their request. Attending the conference is
equivalent to 6 PDH (Professional Development Hours) or 0.6 CEU (Continuing Education Units).
