About the conference
An opportunity for leaders from the western region to take part in idea sharing and workshops
geared to arm leaders with skills to make them more effective at what they do. Through workshops,
speakers, tours, and networking, attendees will have the opportunity to strengthen their vision,
refresh the perspectives of their work, and enrich their personal agenda.

4-H leaders, teens, volunteers and staff from the 13 Western states, 2 Canadian provinces and the
Pacific Territories.
